The Russian Counterpart for Operation Barbarossa. The Nazis against the Commies. Mother Russia. Shall the power of the Soviets overcome all once again, or shall you be responsible for the premature downfall of the Soviets? Delegates, you play a pivotal role in the History of the world. If Mother Russia does not turn away these intruders, the world shall fall to the black plague of Nazism, and our glorious Communist legacy shall be wiped from the face of the planet.

 

As part of the War Cabinet, you are comrpised of politicians, generals, and Commissars, all with conflicting aims and agendas. Will you put the Communist legacy before your own selfish aims, or shall you betray the Motherland for material gain? Shall the Anti-Comintern Pact be destroyed once and for all, or must we bed and cower before the Imperialist Zealots? 

Delegates, you stand at the very frontier of history. This committee shall not be easy. The JCC will be challenging, requiring research and innovation in equal measure. Those who fail to provide this shall be destined to fall. Those who fail to study the history of our great motherland shall fail, as shall those who cannot understand the complex geopolitical issues surrounding the topic.
